Digital or online abuse means using technology to harass and intimidate someone. It can include constantly texting and getting angry if you do not respond to texts right away, stealing or demanding passwords to email and social media accounts, monitoring your activity through social media, posting mean or threatening statuses about you online, demanding explicit pictures of you, or posting intimate images of you online without your consent.
